DentalRx 3.0.4 Is Here
DentalRx 3.0.4 is our biggest update yet: a redesigned app, an updated dental drug database, and more consistent dosing tools. It’s available now on the App Store, Google Play and the web app.
A Calmer, Cleaner Design
Every screen has a simpler, flatter look that keeps the clinical information in focus.
Updated Dental Drug Database
Drug cards now show up to five brand names.
Every dental pearl for a drug appears on its card.
Updated drug information and interaction alerts.
Guidelines: Short and Detailed Views
Short is the default: every row stays, with explanations tucked under “Details”.
Switch to Detailed to see everything at once.
On wider screens, a section rail jumps straight to any part of a guideline.
Local Anesthetic Calculator
Now applies epinephrine limits and the Rule of 25.
Adds prilocaine and plain lidocaine.
Pediatric Dose Calculator
Children’s antibiotic doses follow the guideline regimen.
Each drug gives one children’s dose, matching across the calculator, the guideline pages and the drug monographs.
Where no children’s dose is appropriate, such as opioids for acute dental pain, the calculator explains why instead of showing a number.
Print Report Fixes
Long drug sections no longer freeze printing.
Greek letters (α, β) and dashes now print correctly.
Update DentalRx from the App Store or Google Play, or open the web app, to see what’s new.
