This cookie policy (“Policy”) describes what cookies are and how Steel Pharmacy Services Inc. doing business as DentalRx (“we”, “us”), uses them on the website and subdomains ("Site"). You should read this Policy so you can understand what type of cookies we use, the information we collect using cookies and how that information is used. It also describes the choices available to you regarding accepting or declining the use of cookies. For further information on how we use, store and keep your personal data secure, see our Privacy Policy.
What are cookies?
Cookies are small pieces of data stored in text files that are saved on your computer or other devices when websites are loaded in a browser. They are widely used to remember you and your preferences, either for a single visit (through a “session cookie”) or for multiple repeat visits (using a “persistent cookie”). Session cookies are temporary cookies that are used during the course of your visit to the Site, and they expire when you close the web browser. Persistent cookies are used to remember your preferences within our Site and remain on your desktop or mobile device even after you close your browser or restart your computer. They ensure a consistent and efficient experience for you while visiting our Site. Cookies may be set by the Site (“first-party cookies”), or by third parties, such as those who serve content or provide advertising or analytics services on the Site (“third-party cookies”). These third parties can recognize you when you visit our Site and also when you visit certain other websites.
Necessary cookies
Necessary cookies allow us to offer you the best possible experience when accessing and navigating through our Site and using its features. For example, these cookies let us recognize that you have created an account and have logged into that account to access specific content.
Preferences cookies
Preferences cookies let us operate the Site in accordance with the choices you make. For example, we will recognize your device and remember how you customized the Site during future visits.
Analytics cookies
These cookies enable us and third-party services to collect aggregated data for statistical purposes on how our visitors use the Site. These cookies do not contain personal information such as names and email addresses and are used to help us improve your experience of the Site.
Marketing cookies
Third-party cookies from social media sites (such as Facebook, Twitter, etc) or Google let us track users when they visit our Site, share content, by using a tagging mechanism provided by those networks. These cookies are also used for event tracking and remarketing purposes. Any data collected with these tags will be used in accordance with our and networks’ privacy policies. We will not collect or share any personally identifiable information from the user.
You can also disable the use of cookies via your browser, but please note that our Site may no longer work properly.
Social media
On our Site, we have included content from Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn to promote web pages (e.g. “like”, “pin”) or share (e.g. “tweet”) on social networks like Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, and LinkedIn. This content is embedded with code derived from Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn and places cookies. This content might store and process certain information for personalized advertising.
Please read the privacy statement of these social networks (which can change regularly) to read what they do with your (personal) data which they process using these cookies. The data that is retrieved is anonymized as much as possible. Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, and LinkedIn are located in the United States and are governed by their applicable laws.
What are scripts?
A script is a piece of program code that is used to make our Site function properly and interactively. This code is executed on our server or on your device. These scripts may be used to properly deposit cookies onto your device.
Do we use web beacons or tracking pixels?
Our Site contains a “web beacon” (or “tracking pixel”) to tell us how our Site is being interacted with and verify any clicks through to links or buttons within the Site. We may use this information for purposes including determining which of our pages are more interesting to users. The pixel will only track your interactions with the Site if you accept analytics cookies. The pixel is part of the Site and cannot be deleted. The pixel will not track your activity outside of any pages on the Site.
How We Use Cookies
We collect some information, including device and usage information, by automated means using cookies, web beacons, and server logs for analytic purposes. These same technologies (or a combination of them) may also be used to help us:
Capture and store users’ preferences;
compile statistics and analytics about your use of and interaction with the Site, including details about how and where our Site is accessed, how often a user visits or uses the Site, the date and time of user visits to, and actions on, which areas of the Site are visited and for how long, and other similar traffic, usage, and trend data;

However, we cannot guarantee that these third parties handle your personal data in a reliable or secure manner. Parties such as Google are to be considered as independent data controllers. We recommend that you read the privacy statements of these companies.
