Advanced Clinical Platform

DentalRx is an intuitive dental pharmacology platform for web and mobile that helps dentists provide safe and effective healthcare for their patients.

Automation

The American Dental Association published a report that dental clinics are continually burdened by staff burnout and staff vacancies.

To help reduce these burdens, DentalRx is working with a strategic partner to bring automated workflow solutions to your clinic within the next year.

We know that these are challenging times in healthcare, but at DentalRx we are excited for the developments we are creating.

Dental pharmacology is the study and application of medications related to the treatment and prevention of dental disease. Understanding dental pharmacology is crucial to ensure safe and effective treatment of patients, while optimizing therapeutic outcomes and minimizing adverse events.

Some of the most common adverse events that we prevent with DentalRx are excess bleeding, allergic reactions, and hypertensive urgency and palpitations.

Besides harm prevention, DentalRx can also provide safe and effective recommendations for antibiotic selection, anxiolytics, and analgesia.

DentalRx ensures patients receive optimal medical and dental outcomes while simultaneously improving your clinical efficiency.

Currently, DentalRx does not directly integrate with regional patient medication databases. This is something that we are actively working on, and are very excited to bring in the future.

In the meantime, these databases may be accessed by dental healthcare professionals after an approval process. In fact, dentists were recently added to the PharmaNet list of authorized health professionals.

MediNet currently offers the most comprehensive access to PharmaNet in BC, Canada. There are also numerous other offerings for each other Canadian province, and in the United States.

If you need help connecting to your regional database, feel free to contact us and we would be happy to help facilitate the integration.

DentalRx strictly follows all healthcare confidentiality (HIPAA), PIPEDA, and FOIPPA guidelines.

First and foremost, patient data and/or information is NEVER stored on the DentalRx app or on our cloud servers.

The only information we collect is your name and practice information, if you so choose to disclose it. Your confidentiality is a top priority, and we have taken all possible steps to ensure that your information is secure.

Our security measures include user and database encryption, App Check Technology provided by Google Firebase, and exclusive use of Cloud Secure storage methods with multi-factor authentication.
