When the Rebrief.ai team came to us, they had built something genuinely innovative — an AI-powered clinical charting platform purpose-built for dental practices.

But having a great product and getting it in front of the right people are two very different challenges.

Rebrief didn't have a structured system for nurturing new users through onboarding, re-engaging inactive ones, or consistently reaching cold prospects in their target market.

Without a reliable marketing infrastructure, their ability to convert interest into active users was limited, and growth was being left on the table.

We built Rebrief's marketing infrastructure from the ground up across two complementary channels.

Using Loops.so, we designed and deployed automated lifecycle email sequences tailored to where users were in their journey — from onboarding new signups and driving product adoption, to re-engaging users who hadn't yet experienced the platform's full value. Every sequence was crafted with benefit-driven messaging focused on the outcomes dental professionals care about most: saving time, reducing administrative burden, and improving clinical documentation.

Simultaneously, we launched targeted cold outreach campaigns through Instantly.ai, reaching dental practice owners and office managers with personalized messaging designed to generate demo requests and introduce Rebrief to practices that hadn't yet discovered it.

We also implemented Mixpanel analytics to track user behaviour and engagement across the platform, giving the Rebrief team clear visibility into how users were interacting with their product and where opportunities for improvement existed.

The result was a complete, scalable marketing engine that worked across the full funnel — from first touch to active user.

Rebrief could now nurture cold prospects, onboard new users effectively, and re-engage lapsed ones, all through automated systems that ran without manual intervention.

Additionally, the Mixpanel analytics implementation gave the team the data they needed to make informed decisions about product and marketing going forward.
