TIMELINE

4 Weeks

Smilepass had already earned its place in the dental SaaS market. Its platform, which covers AI-powered treatment presentation, insurance verification, online payments and AR management, was evolving quickly.

But, the website wasn't keeping up.

Built on WordPress, the original website relied on static images, dense paragraphs and a flat navigation that made it hard to see how the platform's features fit together. Every update depended on themes, plugins and developer time, so the site drifted further from the product with each release.

There was an opportunity for the website to better reflect the modern, automated experience the company delivers to dental practices.

Smilepass Old Website Before Redesign

We rebuilt Smilepass on Framer with two goals: make the product instantly understandable, and put the Smilepass team in control of their own site.

We replaced generic imagery with clean, on-brand interface visuals, such as a live treatment plan, a payment plan tracking instalments, and a "treatment plan sent" notification, so prospects see what Smilepass does before they read a word.

Headlines were rewritten around the results practices care about: higher case acceptance, fewer insurance calls and AR under control. Navigation was reorganized, and A consistent "Request a Demo" path runs throughout the site and leads to a streamlined form page built around a single message: Insurance calls, off your plate.

Moving to Framer also removed the plugin maintenance and developer bottleneck. The Smilepass team can now update copy, publish resources and launch new feature pages themselves, so the website keeps pace with the product.

The switch cut ongoing costs as well. On WordPress, forms, SEO, security, caching and page building depended on a stack of paid plugins, each with its own licence fees and renewals. Framer includes hosting, CMS, forms, SEO controls and performance optimisation in one platform. That eliminates those added subscriptions and the developer hours spent keeping plugins updated and compatible.

Smilepass now has a redesigned website that looks and feels like the platform it sells: modern, clear and effortless to use. Complex features are easy to grasp, every page moves prospects toward a demo, and the team can evolve the site as fast as they ship.

More than a rebrand, the new site gives Smilepass a marketing asset it fully owns and can grow with.
