When AdClub of Toronto came to us, they were managing one of Canada's most respected advertising industry communities, but their website wasn't keeping up.
Behind the scenes, the challenges were just as significant. Every week, Digital Communications Director Ola Haffar was spending upwards of four hours manually collecting and adding member emails — time that could have been invested in growing the community.
Updating event details and program information was equally cumbersome, and the site simply wasn't functioning as the central, dynamic hub their thousands of members needed it to be.


We began by gaining an understanding of the core functions the website needed to support. From there, we designed a system that could efficiently handle AdClub's member demands.
We automated the membership sign-up process entirely, building a system that automatically validated new applications and added members directly to their Mailchimp database — eliminating the hours of manual work that had become a weekly burden.
We built the foundation on Notion as a flexible CMS, empowering AdClub's team to update content, manage events, and keep the platform current without needing any development experience. Every decision was made with the end user in mind, ensuring intuitive flows and a seamless experience across all devices.



The impact was felt immediately across both the member experience and internal operations.
What had previously consumed four hours of manual work every week was now handled automatically, freeing the AdClub team to focus on what mattered most — building their community.
More than a redesign, the new website and underlying systems gave AdClub a flexible, scalable foundation — one built to grow alongside their programs, initiatives, and membership for years to come.
