Your full name or the name of your practice.

A practice phone number, if available.
Team Preparation (Optional):
If you plan to let other team members use DentalRx, consider creating a shared practice email or deciding who will be the primary account holder.
Each user can later create a unique login if needed.
Since DentalRx is free, you don’t need to worry about payment details or subscription tiers. All you have to do is ensure your information is correct and that your browser can handle the platform’s features.

Email Authentication:
Provide Your Email Address: Make sure it’s one you check frequently since it will be used to change your password if needed.
Provide a Password: Enter a strong password to keep your account secure.
Provider Authentication:
You may also sign up with your Google or Apple account if you prefer, using the corresponding icons
When prompted, use your Google or Apple login credentials to create an account
Note: your passwords are not stored in the app, nor can we access your Google or Apple account. If you forget this login/password, you must contact the associated provider.
Provide Your Basic Details

The sign-up form will prompt you to enter your basic information, including the following:
Your Name: Enter your complete name as it will appear on your account profile.
Add Your Clinic Logo (optional): Add your clinic logo to personalize your profile.
Add Your Profession: Select your profession from the drop down menu
e.g. student, general dentist, orthodontist etc.
Your Country: Add what country you reside in. This will effect certain DentalRx Prescribe features.
Agree to receive emails: Select the box to receive email updates and resources from DentalRx. We send out occasional emails regarding updates and exclusive resources and offers.
Review Terms of Service: Read the DentalRx app’s Terms of Service and click “Agree & Continue” to proceed.
Log Into Your New Account
After clicking Agree & Continue, you will automatically log into your new account.
You’ll land on a welcome screen on the dashboard.

Click on “Show me around!” which will provide a walkthrough of some of the features and tools available:

DentalRx Prescribe
MedHx
You can always choose to skip the walkthrough and explore for yourself. Walkthroughs can be restarted through the Settings menu if you like.
Feel free to familiarize yourself with the layout. DentalRx’s interface is designed to be intuitive, so you should have no trouble navigating to key sections, such as your personal settings or the drug information search.

Invite Your Team
If you work with other dental professionals—partners, hygienists, or office managers—they may also benefit from having their own DentalRx logins. In your Profile section, you can invite colleagues directly:
Click on “Invite Friends”: Found in your Profile.
Share the link: Your team members will receive an invitation link to sign up, following the same steps you completed.
